HİZMET: Aylora VIP, yapay zekâ yorumlarındaki günlük kullanım sınırını kaldıran dijital bir aboneliktir. Haftalık ve aylık seçenekleri vardır.
SATICI VE ÖDEME: Satın alma, Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme, mağazadaki hesabından ilgili mağaza tarafından tahsil edilir; fatura ve ödeme kayıtların mağaza hesabında yer alır.
FİYAT: Vergiler dâhil güncel fiyat, satın almadan önce uygulamadaki abonelik ekranında ve mağazanın ödeme penceresinde gösterilir.
ÜCRETSİZ DENEME: Deneme sunuluyorsa süresi ödeme penceresinde belirtilir. Deneme bitmeden iptal etmezsen ücretli dönem başlar.
YENİLEME: Abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre ve o günkü fiyatla kendiliğinden yenilenir.
İPTAL: Aboneliği dilediğin an App Store veya Google Play hesabındaki “Abonelikler” bölümünden iptal edebilirsin. İptal, içinde bulunduğun dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; o tarihe kadar VIP sürer.
CAYMA VE İADE: Dijital içerik hizmeti onayınla hemen sunulmaya başladığı için, Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'ndeki istisna kapsamında cayma hakkı kullanılamayabilir. İade talepleri, ödemeyi tahsil eden mağazanın (Apple veya Google) iade kurallarına göre o mağaza üzerinden yapılır.

SERVICE: Aylora VIP is a digital subscription that removes the daily usage limit on AI readings. Weekly and monthly options are available.
SELLER AND PAYMENT: Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is collected by the respective store from your store account; your invoices and payment records are in your store account.
PRICE: The current price including taxes is shown before purchase on the subscription screen in the app and on the store's payment sheet.
FREE TRIAL: If a trial is offered, its length is shown on the payment sheet. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the paid period begins.
RENEWAL: The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
CANCELLATION: You can cancel at any time under “Subscriptions” in your App Store or Google Play account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; VIP continues until then.
WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS: Because the digital content service starts immediately with your approval, the right of withdrawal may not apply under the exception in the distance contracts regulation. Refund requests are handled by the store that collected the payment (Apple or Google) under that store's refund rules.

الخدمة: Aylora VIP اشتراك رقمي يزيل الحدّ اليومي لقراءات الذكاء الاصطناعي. يتوفّر أسبوعيًا وشهريًا.
البائع والدفع: يتم الشراء عبر Apple App Store أو Google Play. يُحصَّل الدفع من حسابك في المتجر عبر المتجر المعني؛ وفواتيرك وسجلات الدفع في حساب المتجر.
السعر: يُعرض السعر الحالي شاملًا الضرائب قبل الشراء في شاشة الاشتراك داخل التطبيق وفي نافذة الدفع بالمتجر.
التجربة المجانية: إن وُجدت تجربة فمدّتها مبيّنة في نافذة الدفع. تبدأ الفترة المدفوعة ما لم تُلغِ قبل انتهاء التجربة.
التجديد: يتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائيًا للمدة نفسها وبالسعر الساري ما لم يُلغَ قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة.
الإلغاء: يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت من قسم «الاشتراكات» في حسابك على App Store أو Google Play. يسري الإلغاء في نهاية الفترة الحالية ويستمر VIP حتى ذلك الحين.
الانسحاب والاسترداد: لأن خدمة المحتوى الرقمي تبدأ فورًا بموافقتك، قد لا ينطبق حق الانسحاب وفق الاستثناء الوارد في لائحة العقود عن بُعد. طلبات الاسترداد تُعالَج عبر المتجر الذي حصّل الدفع (Apple أو Google) وفق قواعده.
